Po montażu układu wydechowego TRD / GR Parts , przyszedł czas na sprawdzenie jakich przyrostów mocy i momentu obrotowego można się spodziewać. Przypomnę, że układ TRD jest to tzw. GPF-back, czyli wszystkie elementy takie jak katalizator i filtr GPF pozostają na swoim miejscu, a układ TRD zaczyna się za tymi elementami.
Wynik pomiaru to:
266KM i 399Nm, co oznacza że w porównaniu do seryjnych parametrów jakie deklaruje producent auta (261KM/360Nm), auto wygenerowało +5KM i +39Nm.
Warunki pomiaru to 28 stopni celciusza w cieniu – było naprawdę gorąco, dlatego sprawdzimy te parametry również na jesieni przy niższej temperaturze, bo jak wiadomo wysoka temp. dość znacząco wpływa na moment obrotowy.
Drugi pomiar jaki został wykonany to porównanie z wyłączonym i włączonym Natryskiem wody na Intercooler.
Sprawdziliśmy na dwóch przejazdach i wyniki są następujące:
270KM/404Nm, czyli +4KM i +5Nm
Przede wszystkim należy wziąć pod uwagę fakt, że było 28 stopni w cieniu, więc to doskonałe warunki do sprawdzenia skuteczności działania tego systemu. Przy wyższych temperaturach, a w takich również jeździmy na różnych track-day’ach czy zawodach, różnice mogą być jeszcze wyższe. Woda wlana do natrysku miała ok. 20 stopni – kilka kostek lodu lub dobrze schłodzona woda da jeszcze lepsze efekty niż te, które tu prezentujemy.
Na koniec najlepsze… Obie modyfikacje (układ wydechowy i natrysk wody na I/C) nie wpływają na fabryczną gwarancję producenta aut. Oznacza to, że możecie cieszyć się przyrostami mocy w swoich autach, bez obawy na negatywny wpływ na trwałość pozostałych elementów auta.

After installing the TRD / GR Parts exhaust system, it’s time to check what power and torque gains can be expected. Let me remind you that the TRD system is the so-called GPF-back, i.e. all elements such as the catalytic converter and the GPF filter remain in place, and the TRD system starts behind these elements.
The measurement result is: 266HP and 399Nm, which means that compared to the oem parameters declared by the car manufacturer (261HP / 360Nm), the car generated + 5HP and + 39Nm.
The measurement conditions are 28 degrees Celsius – it was really hot, so we will check these parameters also in autumn at a lower temperature, because as you know, high temperature quite significantly affects the torque.
The second measurement that was made was a comparison with the switched off and on Intercooler Water Spray. We checked on two runs and the results are as follows: 270HP / 404Nm, so + 4HP and + 5Nm
First of all, you should take into account the fact that there were 28 degrees, so these are perfect conditions to test the effectiveness of this system. At higher temperatures the differences may be even greater. The water was about 20 degrees Celsius – a few ice cubes or well-chilled water will give even better results than those presented here.
Finally, the best … Both modifications (exhaust system and water spray on the I / C) do not affect the car manufacturer’s warranty. This means that you can enjoy the power gains in your cars without worrying about the negative impact on the durability of other car parts.
